PURPOSE:To treat the edge part of a multilayered molded product in a state near to a final product and improve the appearance. CONSTITUTION:A mold producing a multilayered molded product by integrally molding a skin material 12 and a core material resin 14 between a female mold 22 and a male mold 26 has a mold structure wherein a pair of core molds 32, 32 are arranged in the periphery of the cavity opening part of the female mold in opposed relationship so as to be freely advance and retreat in the direction crossing the center axial line of the mold. In producing the multilayered molded product using this mold, both molds are closed in such a state that the core molds are allowed to advance to mold the multilayered molded product and the core molds are allowed to retreat from the cavity opening part after the cooling of the molded product and a line like bonding stripe is formed to the pressure grasped region of the core molds and the male mold of the multilayered product by opening, the mold to complete the edge part treatment of the multilayered molded product. By this constitution, the post-process for the edge part treatment is simplified and the production efficiency can be markedly enhanced. Further, the appearance after the treatment of the edge part becomes extremely favorable. |
