PURPOSE:To set the initial position of the electrode section of an inspection device used for the disconnection of the foil of a multilayer printed wiring board and the inspection of a short circuit rapidly and automatically with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The initial positioning of an electrode section is facilitated by using a multilayer printed wiring board 1a, in which an even number of surface foils 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d exclusive for positioning generating the information of the initial position of the electrode section are formed onto a surface near to the periphery and every two of the surface foils are conducted electrically by a via hole and internal layer lines 23a, 23b. |
