PURPOSE:To enable photopolymerizable conductive paste to be kept high in light stability by a method wherein photopolymerizable conductive paste composition is applied onto a ceramic green sheet. CONSTITUTION:Photopolymerizable conductive paste composition is composed of 5 parts by weight of photosensitive resin composition and 20-500 parts by weight of copper metal powder which contains 0.5% or less by weight of oxygen, where the photosensitive resin composition concerned comprises 50 parts by weight of polymer which is formed of a kind or more of ethylenically unsaturated compound and contains at least 1% or more by mole of monomer unit of ethylenically unsaturated compound that contains one or more a carboxy groups, 10-300 parts by weight of polymerizable multifunctional monomer, and 0.1-10 parts by weight of a photopolymerization initiator, and the photopolymerizable conductive paste composition is applied in lamination onto a ceramic green sheet which can be burned at a temperature of 1000 deg.C or below. By this setup, photopolymerizable conductive paste composition low in storage stability can be stably stored. |
