PURPOSE:To form a narrow curable width and control the curable depth accurately to increase the shape accuracy of a molded product in the three- dimensional formation of a photopolymerable resin. CONSTITUTION:A photopolymerable resin 1 is supplied to the surface of a transparent plate 2 using a pump 3, then a base plate 5 is immersed in the supplied resin, and is irradiated with a laser beam oscillated by an oscillator 12 using an irradiation head 7 from beneath the transparent plate 2. Next, the irradiation head 7 is scanned along a shape with the assistance of an NC controller 13, and the base plate 5 is raised by unit length using a drive head 6 to laminate a cured layer on the base plate 5. Thus a three-dimensional model is formed. A light beam is pulse-emitted from the irradiation head 7 using a laser oscillator 12. Further, the light beam is emitted to one position in the divided minimum two-pulse mode in relation to the shape scan by NC controller 13. |
