PURPOSE:To provide a foamed insulated wire having high foam ratio with excellent dimensional accuracy and enable both small-diameter thin--wall and large-diameter thick-wall. CONSTITUTION:A polymer, whose forming temperature is lower than the softening temperature of the polymer forming the shell of thermally expansible hollow ball, is mixed with a composition, to which the thermally expansible hollow ball is added, and a polymer, whose forming temperature is equal to or higher than the softening temperature of the shell polymer, so as to be foamed and formed on a conductor. |
