PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sheet for reducing unevenness of warming of a food product.SOLUTION: A cooking sheet 1 has a sheet shape rectangular in a plane view, and includes a first aluminum foil 10 and a second aluminum foil 20. The first aluminum foil 10 and the second aluminum foil 20 are formed from one sheet of aluminum foil. The first aluminum foil 10 can be doubled, and has one surface 11 (outer surface) formed with a black coloring layer 12 to have a higher heat absorption effect than that of the another surface (inner surface). The coloring layer 12 is formed of a dry film of coloring ink containing polyamide-imide resin and black pigment. The second aluminum foil 20 is formed with an opening 21, and is arranged so as to be sandwiched between the twofold first aluminum foil 10 by being folded to the side of the first aluminum foil 10. A food product is installed between an upper surface 22 of the second aluminum foil and a part of the first aluminum foil 10 at the time of use. |
