摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for capable of maturing awamori even after transporting into a selling container.SOLUTION: When a bottle is agitated under a state where the bottle filled with awamori is placed on an unstable holder comprising a part or the whole of a bottom outer surface having a spherical shape or arced-shape, awamori is effectively agitated to be easily matured since the unstable holder is hard to be stable. In addition, since a part or the whole of the outer surface of awamori container has a spherical shape or arced-shape, when the awamori container is placed, it is hard to be stable, thus awamori inside is agitated and long period is required to be stable. Therefore, a principle where agitation is better for maturation of awamori is applied, thus effective and easy maturation may be realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
