PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair allowing a person to easily stand up from a seated posture and being used by a Parkinson's disease patient or the like with a sense of security.SOLUTION: A chair includes: a seat part 6 for seating; first leg parts 14 and 24 extending downward from one side part of the seat part 6; second leg parts extending downward from the other side part of the seat part 6; a first grounding base part 26 provided at the lower end of the first leg parts 14 and 24; a second connecting base part provided at the lower ends of the second leg parts; a backrest part 8 extending upward from the rear end of the seat part 6; and armrest parts 10 disposed at both-side upper parts of the seat part 6. The first grounding base part 26 and the rear part 30 of a second grounding base part extend horizontally, and front parts 32 thereof upward and linearly obliquely extend forward. The length (L) of the front part 32 is 30-70 cm, in a regular use state, the first grounding part 26 and the rear part 30 of the second grounding part come into contact with a floor face 2 and, in a state being used for standing, the front part 32 comes into contact with the floor face 2. |
