The method includes the first step (401 to 403) for inputting an instruction word for initializing the system and controlling a conversational procedure control from user, the second step (404,405) for analyzing grammar and meaning of inputted instruction word after the above first step, the third step (406,407) for supplying an efficient conversation procedure according to the above instruction word after the above second step, the forth step (408 to 412) for actually operating the instruction word and deciding an effectiveness if the operation is reasonable after the above third step, the fifth step (413,414) for outputting the operated result to user after the above forth step.
