PURPOSE:To increase preheating speed, reduce a temperature rise at a section exposed from a cooker body and effectively utilize heat, regarding an inductive heating cooker for directly heating a preparation utensil. CONSTITUTION:A thin wall recess groove 13 is formed along the external surface of the bottom section 12 of a cooking plate 11 placed on a cooker body 1 for use. As a result, the transfer of heat generated on the bottom of the plate 11 is restrained, and the side 10 and peripheral flange 9 of the plate 11 not directly related to a cooking process is subjected to less heat conduction. Thus, the preheating speed of the plate 11 is increased, and the temperature of the bottom 12 necessary for cooking is maintained at high level, thereby enabling cooking capability to be improved. |
