PURPOSE:To facilitate a speed change operation in a combine and so on and simplify the setting of the upper limit position in vehicle speed control. CONSTITUTION:In a vehicle speed control device to carry out deceleration control automatically on a continuously variable hydraulic transmission HST after a throttle opening of an engine reaches the upper limit, this preset upper limit speed is released by operation in a position equal to or faster than a speed change lever setting upper limit speed, and the upper limit speed is changed/set by stopping succeeding decelerating operation.
