PURPOSE:To improve the safety and facility by allowing the switching of speed change positions by a crew when a detecting braking force is larger than a detecting driving force, and prohibiting the switching of speed change positions when the detecting braking force is smaller than the detecting driving force. CONSTITUTION:In the case where a speed change operation part 1 is operated in a travel speed change position after an engine 15 is started, and when a detecting braking force B is larger than a detecting driving force E since an automobile is stopping on a flat road, a judging circuit 12 outputs an allowing signal to a control circuit 3. When the automobile is stopping on an upward o downward slope road, it corrects the detecting braking force B according to a detecting inclined degree theta, and when an upward side detecting braking force B1 or a downward side braking force B2 is larger than the detecting driving force E, it outputs an allowing signal to the control circuit 3. Thereby, the switching of speed change positions becomes possible. When the detecting braking force B or the upward side detecting braking force B1 or the downward side detecting braking force B2 is smaller than the detecting driving force E, the judging circuit 12 outputs a prohibiting signal to the control circuit 3. Thereby, the switching of speed change positions becomes impossible. |
