PURPOSE:To facilitate multiplexing and encoding by constituting a superconducting interface circuit such that a signal having voltage of several volt is applied from a circuit operating at normal temperature onto a gate electrode and the signal is transmitted while being converted to be compatible with a superconducting signal processing circuit including superconducting elements. CONSTITUTION:A superconducting interface circuit 1 to be connected through a superconducting bus with a superconducting signal processing circuit 2 comprises a first superconducting FET element 11 for connecting a gate electrode with a signal line 16, a drain electrode with the superconducting bus through a resistor element 13, and a source electrode with an earth line 16, and a second superconducting FET element 12 for connecting the source electrode and the gate electrode through the resistor element 13 with the superconducting bus, and the drain electrode with a power supply line 15. Since a signal to be applied on the signal line 16 has a voltage of 5.0V or 3.3V, delivered from an output circuit 3 operating under normal temperature, it is not disturbed by external electromagnetic wave. Furthermore, overall shielding of superconducting circuit 5 is facilitated and installation space is limited.
