PURPOSE:To ensure that superior corrosion inhibitive properties, high strength and light weight are obtained by thermally depositing and laminating fluororesin film on two different types of composite metal sheet, either of which is a stainless metal, ferrous metal or an aluminum metal. CONSTITUTION:A composite metal sheet is, for example, a combination of aluminum metal sheet, stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheet and steel sheet. The surface of the metal sheet is degreased, ground, treated and, if necessary, roughed. In addition, the film surface of a fluororesin film is degreased, coated with an oxidation film, and further, pretreated using a surface treatment agent. In addition, the pretreated metal sheet, if necessary, with the film concurrently treated thermally in an atmosphere where no oxygen is present, is laminated with a resin film in a heated metal state and coated using a press. Next, the resin laminated metal is reheated so that the fusion adhesive force acting on the metal and the film of the film-coated metal sheet is further strengthened. After that, the metal is cooled uniformly to a room temperature. |
