PURPOSE:To constitute the system so that delicate support on which utilization actual results of the past are reflected can be executed every user by adding newly an object record file, and also, adding a discrimination column of an object and a verb and an object record number column which becomes an object of a command to a keyword record file and an index record file, respectively. CONSTITUTION:An object record file 7 is a file in which the number of times of reference history of each object is stored every user, and an object keyword registered in a keyword record file 3, its number, and the number of times of reference history related to a command of the user's request of support up to the present time point are stored, respectively. Also, in a section symbol part of the keyword record file 3, discrimination of keyword between an object and a verb is stored, and in an object record part of an index record file 5, a keyword record number of the object related to the command is stored. Accordingly, sorting can be executed in order of use frequency. |
