Provided are a flexible display panel and driving method thereof, and display device. The flexible display panel comprises a pixel area (11), and a gate driving circuit area (12) located outside the pixel area (11). The flexible display panel further comprises: curvature adjusting units (15) located at two sides of the pixel area (11), wherein the curvature adjusting units (15) consist of a plurality of isosceles trapezoid bases (151), sequentially connected to one another via lower surfaces (1512) and comprising: upper surfaces (1511), the lower surfaces (1512), and third leg surfaces (1515) and fourth leg surfaces (1516) oppositely arranged and between the upper surfaces (1511) and the lower surfaces (1512). Lengths of the upper surfaces (1511) between the third leg surfaces (1515) and the fourth leg surfaces (1516) are shorter than lengths of the lower surfaces (1512) between the third leg surfaces (1515) and the fourth leg surfaces (1516). When a display panel is bent, a third leg surface (1515) of an isosceles trapezoid base (151) is attached to a fourth leg surface (1516) of an adjacent isosceles trapezoid base (151), and an upper surface (1511) of an isosceles trapezoid base (151) is connected with an upper surface (1511) of an adjacent isosceles trapezoid base (151). |
