PURPOSE:To effectively mount without short-circuiting between electrode terminals by so forming a circuit element to be mounted in an opening of a shape and a size as to be guided and inserted to the opening, and forming opposed tonguelike leads having a special ratio of a width to a length. CONSTITUTION:In order to connect a surface mounting circuit element, an opening 25 is formed, and tonguelike leads 26 so separately opposed as to protrude into the opening 25 are formed instead of inner leads 13. The opening 25 is so opened in dimensions of a shape and a size that a surface mounting circuit element can be inserted and that the dimensions of the shape and the size of the lead 26 are so formed at a ratio of its width to its length as to be 1 (i.e., the width > the length) in such a manner that the width is narrower than the width of the element. Thus, since an inner wall of the opening is operated as a function of a guide for dropping in the element, mounting of the element is easy and its positional deviation can be prevented.
