PURPOSE:To provide a terminal device, in which only a terminal support can be easily fitted/removed to/from a printed board and repair or inspection is facilitated, in the terminal device for transmitting an electric signal of electric equipment. CONSTITUTION:A terminal composition 10, in which inside and outside conductors 2 and 1 are insertedly fitted temporarily to a tubular insulator 4, is inserted in the hole of a terminal support 6. In the composition 10, the claw piece 6b of the terminal support 6 is bent and inserted with the projection 5 of the insulator 4, and is engaged with the upper part of the projection 5, at a point of time when abutting on a rest 6a, to be falling-prevented. A terminal device is fixed to a printed board 7 by inserting the connecting leg 3a and a 1 of the inside and outside conductors 3 and 1 in a printed board 7 to be soldered for screw fastening the leg part 6c of the terminal support 6. Removing a machine screw 9 and pulling the terminal support 6 upward cause only the outside and inside conductors 1 and 3 to be left on the printed board 7 side.
