PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor constituting member group including at least one electromagnetically shielded semiconductor constituting member which is constructed compact and is manufactured inexpensively, and which ensures secure earth connection of a shielding part. CONSTITUTION: In a semiconductor constituting member group each having a striped structure, there are provided an earth striped part M to be connected with earth as one among at least two striped parts M; P; P1 to P5, at least one semiconductor constituting member HL; D, IC mounted in a carrier region T of the earth striped part in an upper side range of the earth striped part, and a molded structure VG surrounding the upper side range of the striped part.
