PURPOSE:To cut down the manufacturing cost while effectively using the limited material without deteriorating the essential magnetic characteristics while suppressing the consumption of expensive cobalt hardly supplied stably though it is one of the essential compositions of the alnico based cast magnet. CONSTITUTION:Within the alnico based cast magnet composed of about 7-9% of aluminum, about 13-15% of nickel, specific amount of cobalt, about 2-3% of copper and remaining % of iron as the main component provided with cooling down step and magnetic anisotropy during the casting step, about 17-20% of cobalt content as well as the addition of certain amount of niobium for increasing the coersive force are specified. Furthermore, the content of niobium is specified within the range of 0.4-0.7%. |
