PURPOSE:To provide the electrophotographic recording device where a desired electrifying device can be attached by selecting a scorotron method or an electrified roller method. CONSTITUTION:A positioning plate 64 is provided on one facing side plate 62 provided facing another one in the device main body. An insertion window 65 of the electrifying device 17 and a connected positioning hole 66 are provided on that positioning plate 64. An engagement window 67 and a positioning hole 67a are provided in the other facing side plate 63 and a detection switch 71 detecting the type of the electrifying device 17 is provided, electrically connected with a micro computer, in the vicinity. On the other hand, the electrifying devices 17, both the scorotron method one and the electrified roller method one, are formed to have their exterior shapes be the same oblong box shape and positioning projections are provided on both edges of them. Then, these electrifying devices 17 are provided to be freely attached to the insertion window 65 and the positioning projection parts of the electrifying devices 17 are positioned to positioning holes 66 and 67a and the devices are hooked between the facing side plates 62 and 63. |
