CULTURE OF EDIBLE MUSHROOM

摘要

PURPOSE:To perform an efficient breeding of edible mushrooms capable of directly developing secondary mycelia by one spore germination and to improve the yield and quality of the mushrooms. CONSTITUTION:The mycelia of an edible mushroom capable of directly developing by one spore germination is treated to obtain protoplast, which is then cultured to regenerate the mycelia to obtain plural strains. Of these strains, a desired one is screened and then cultured.
