LOW CURRENT GENERATOR

The present invention is to provide the low current driving circuit which just requires very low current less than 100 (μA). The circuit comprises the following steps of; connecting the collector of transistors (Q12,Q14) with the base of transistors (Q11,Q12); connecting the collector of transistor (Q11) with the base of transistor (Q14) and the collector of transistor (Q15); connecting the emitter of transistor (Q14) with the resistor (R11) and the base of transistor (Q15); connecting the zener diode (D14) with the collector of transistor (Q21).
