<p>A method of producing microalgae giving metabolites comprises the steps of cultivating the microalgae, concentrating them, invoking accumulation of metabolites, and harvesting the biomass and/or the enriched medium. The method of physiological forcing of microalgae or for the over-accumulation of metabolites is characterized in that forcing is carried out in culture volumes smaller than 1/5 of the normal production volumes for algal biomass.</p> |
