摘要 <p>In a packing state correcting apparatus for correcting by a packing state corrector (100) the state of loaded packages in each stage when a plurality of pallet-supported vertically-piled packages (1A, 1B) each of which consists of packages (3) placed on pallets (2A, 2B) are sent to an automatic warehouse by a conveyor (11), a pair of left and right lift levers (120) for an upper stage pallet lift unit (103) are inserted into both end openings of a through bore (2C) in the upper pallet (2B), and a motor (114) is driven so as to move up the upper pallet (2B) and separate the same pallet (2B) from the upper side of the lower packages (1A), the pallets (2A, 2B) on the two stages being fixed by the respective pallet fixing means (104, 105), these packages (1A, 1B) in such a separated state being corrected separately by the respective packing state correcting apparatuses (106, 107). This enables the packages in the lower stage (1A) to be moved freely, i.e., an unduly large correcting force which would hurt the packages (3) is not applied thereto. Moreover, the operations of the packing state correcting apparatuses (106, 107) are not obstructed by the upper pallet (2B). The packing state correcting apparatuses (106, 107) consist of a pair of two-stroke air cylinder type left and right pressure units (132, 142) in which first pressure cylinders (133, 143) and second pressure cylinders (134, 144) are connected in series. The left and right packing state correcting plates (131, 141) connected to the free ends of the second pressure cylinders (134, 144) are moved forward to the outer edges of the pallets (2A, 2B) in a first-stage pressing operation, and the packages (3) are pressed in a subsequent second-stage pressing operation to set the packages (1A, 1B).
