PURPOSE:To provide a method and device manufacturing efficiently a conveyor belt which has multilayer structure laminating alternately base cloth and resin or unvulcanized rubber and is superior in adhesive force and high-strength. CONSTITUTION:In a method manufacturing a conveyor belt having laminated structure by sticking to base cloth 11b after resin or unvulcanized rubber 19 is discharged under a heated and molten state through coathanger dies 15, 16 possessing manifolds 15a, 16a which are flat and widen state toward the end under a heated and molten state, the base cloth 11b is fed by penetrating through the central parts of the dies 15, 16. On the other hand, the resin or unvulcanized rubber 19a, 19b which are under the heated and molten state are discharged to a feed path 17 of the base cloth 11b positioning at the insides or the outlets of the dies 15, 16 through the dies possessing the manifolds 15a, 16a provided on positions of symmetry viewing from a feed path 17 of the base cloth 11b and stuck to each other so as to pinch the base cloth 11b on both sides of the base cloth 11b. |
