PURPOSE: To reconstitute a hydraulic or hydraulic/pneumatic control element for steering post control so that the position of a taken handle can be detected by both hands and both arms by installing the possibility of the automatic inhibition of the control element. CONSTITUTION: In a hydraulic or hydraulic/pneumatic controller for controlling a vehicle handle connected to one steering post 5 or 9, a control element is required to have automatic inhibition possibility for controlling the steering posts 5 and 9. For solving the problem, the driving device 1 of at least one control element receives an operation by a release element 3 operated by electric, and hydraulic and pneumatic force. |
