The present disclosure is related to a measuring instrument applied on the instrument panel of motor vehicles comprising an embedded warning indicator element, which is related to the parameter of the sensed or measured vehicle, where the warning indicator lights up according to the color of the vehicle's instrument panel under normal operating conditions and when said sensed parameters leave the established range. The warning indicator element has the capability to change the lighting color as a warning or alarm signal for the user.
