The device adjusts amplitude by a digital signal process, reduces noise by a D/A conversion step reduction means, and improves productivity of quality and compactness. The device includes a multiplier (1) which outputs a product value between amplitude data (Am) and sound data of 2 digit offset, an offset compensation means (2) which outputs adjusted amplitude sound data and has an inverter (4), +1 adder (5), a multiplier (1), a 12 bit adder (6), and a D/A converter (3) which outputs sound data to an amplifier and speaker.
