PURPOSE:To highly accurately detect abnormalities such as eccentric load or the like action on a pushing plate, which supports a plurality of plungers, and consequently prevent abnormal resin sealing molding or the like from occurring. CONSTITUTION:In the transfer molding device consisting of a plurality of plungers 10, a pushing plate 12, which supports a plurality of the plungers 10, and a driving device 30 for driving the pushing plate 12, a pressure sensor 22 is arranged between the pushing plate 12 and the driving device 30 so as to allow to detect the eccentric load acting on the pushing plate 12. |
