The device consists of a receiving part (10) which receives data (RD) from the outside, a separating part (12) which separates and outputs if the received data is a control code or a real print data, a control code processing part (16) which analysis, processes and outputs the output control code of the separating part (12) as data processing environment code (DC) and line buffer control code (LC), a data processing part (14) which processes and outputs the divided input data according to the data processing environment code (DC), a line buffer control part (20) which processes and outputs data restored in the line buffer according to line buffer control codes (LD), and image spreading part (18) which restores the data outputted from the line buffer control part (20) and outputs print data.
