This movement distance estimation device is provided with: an estimated speed determination unit (128) for successively estimating estimated speeds (Vt e) of a moving body on the basis of an integrated acceleration value and an initial speed value (VO); a movement distance calculation unit (141) for successively calculating estimated movement distances (Lt e) of the moving body on the basis of the estimated speeds (Vt e) and time; a past speed correction unit (142) for determining corrected past speeds (Vt(i) co) by correcting pre-correction past estimated speeds (Vt(i) e), which are the estimated speeds (Vt e) that have been successively estimated from the previous determination of the initial speed value (VO) by an initial setting value determination unit (126) to a current determination of the initial speed value (VO), so as to be continuous with the current initial speed value (VO); and a movement distance correction unit (143) for recalculating the estimated movement distances from the previous initial speed value (VO) determination to the current initial speed value (VO) determination on the basis of the corrected past speeds (Vt(i) co) and time if corrected past speeds (Vt(i) co) are determined.
