Closable container comprising a container part and a lid. Both parts are made from plastic and, in order to obtain a uniform load in the event of attempts to gain unauthorized access to the container between the lid and the container part, the closure means comprise a multiplicity of bolt pins. Moreover, the container part may be arranged removably in a vehicle by being releasably locked to a base plate which is attached to the vehicle. This attachment is preferably brought about by adhesive bonding.
