摘要

The optical path difference between by-pass connection and cross connection in a cross-over plannar integrated optical system is minimized by using two optical substrates having different refractive ratio. The upper optical substrate and the lower optical substrate have different refractive ratio so that the optical path difference is compensated by the lower optical substrate.
