CONSTITUTION:The rotary polyhedral mirror 1 and driving means including a rotor 4 of a DC motor 2 for rotating this mirror, a revolving shaft 3, a bearing part 5, electronic parts 6, a substrate 7, etc., are installed in a hermetic container 8 consisting of a light transmissive material, such as glass. The gas density in the hermetic container 8 is maintained extremely low. |
