PURPOSE:To efficiently process a file by making a floppy disk possible to be accessed from any computer in a network system. CONSTITUTION:This file processor consists of a central processing unit 103 connected to a network, a hard disk device 101 having an input-only directory 104 for copying the file 112 of the floppy disk 15 and a floppy disk device including an interruption signal generation device 107 sensing that the floppy disk 15 is inserted and transmitting an interruption signal to the central processing unit. The central processing unit automatically copies the file 112 on the input-only directory 104 in response to the interruption signal and transmits the file copied on the input-only directory to the other computer through the network by the control of the central processing unit.
