The present invention relates to an electronic signature displaying method and an electronic signature displaying apparatus with improved security. According to the present invention, the electronic signature displaying method comprises: a first step of generating a first signature image by imaging an inputted signature, when the signature for verifying or authenticating on a written electronic document is inputted; a second step of generating a code image with a certain size by using a two-dimensional code by encoding contents information of the electronic document and unique information of a using terminal; and a third step of generating an authentication image by composing the code image in the first signature image, and displaying the authenticating image in a signature image predetermined on the electronic document. |
