PURPOSE:To output a plurality of laser lights from one laser light source at a predetermined frequency interval by forming an optical path for sequentially shifting the incident angle of laser light to an acousto-optic deflector every cycle. CONSTITUTION:An acousto-optic deflector 11 shifts the frequency of laser light by DELTAf and outputs the laser light at a predetermined refraction angle. A laser light source 13 outputs laser light of frequency f0. The laser light impinges, at a predetermined incident angle, to the acoustic deflector 11 through a lens 141 and outputted at an angle corresponding to the incident angle and detraction angle while subjected to frequency shift by DELTAf. Laser light having frequency f0+DELTAf outputted from the acousto-optic deflector 11 is rendered parallel with the optical path through a lens 142 and introduced through mirrors 151, 152 to a half-mirror 16 where the laser light is partially outputted to the outside and the remainder impinges again onto the acousto-optic deflector 11 through the lens 14. |
