The present invention relates to a lubricating oil additive composition and a method for preparing the same and, more particularly, to a lubricating oil additive composition including an emulsion solution in which tungsten disulfide (WS_2) nano particles are dispersed in base oil, zinc dithiophosphate (ZnDTP), molybdenum dithiocarbamate (MoDTC), and a silane coupling agent and a method for preparing the same. The lubricating oil additive composition according to the present invention includes the ZnDTP, MoDTC, and silane coupling agent in the tungsten disulfide, and thus friction coefficient thereof is reduced while wear resistance and extreme pressure performance thereof increase to a significant extent. Accordingly, lubricating effects can be significantly improved, the use of expensive tungsten disulfide can be reduced, and lubricating oil can be prepared that is inexpensive yet excellent in lubricating performance. |
