PURPOSE:To safely protect the function of a semiconductor element by safely discharging static electricity with which the semiconductor element is charged via input pins. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor element is provided with resistive elements 12 which are arranged and installed in circuits (bonding pads) 4,5 used to connect input pins 6 to a chip 3 and which restrains static electricity from being guided to the side of the chip 3 and with a protective electrode 9, for grounding, which is arranged and installed at the circumferential part of the chip 3 so as to be close to the resistive elements 12 and which makes the static electricity escape to the earth by a discharge between itself and the resistive elements 12. |
