发明名称 METHOD FOR MEASURING HEIGHT AND DEVIATION OF TROLLEY LINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To easily and exactly measure the height and deviation of the trolley line in a non-contact manner by using a laser distance sensor. CONSTITUTION:A laser distance sensor 1 is started to move to the right on a track rail 5 when a start switch 8 is pressed, and the sensor 1 starts the measurement of the height when it is brought into contact with a limit switch 6 on the left. A signal processor 2 inputs the detected signal and converts it into the measured value of the height by a detecting circuit, and writes it in a storage device. The sensor 1 moves to the right on the rail 5 while measuring the height to the object to be measured at a constant speed and at constant interval, and when the sensor is brought into contact with the switch 6 on the right, the measurement of the height is finished. At the same time, the minimum measured value which corresponds to the trolley height among the measured values written in the storage device by the computing circuit of the processor 2 is detected, and the deviation of the trolley line is calculated from the position of the minimum value occupied among the total measured values and the distance of movement of the sensor. The height and deviation of the troley line is numerically indicated or outputted in print by the indicating circuit of the processor 2.
