The invention relates to the structure of a sofa that can be converted into bed and can be assembled directly in the place of use. According to the invention, the sofa structure consists of a bearing subassembly (A), a seat - back rest subassembly (B) with a click-clack mechanism (13) and two lateral arms (8) with arm-rest function, where the bearing subassembly (A) consists of three U-shaped metal girders (1, 2 and 3), arranged in parallel and dimensionally identical, that have some ends (4, 5 and 6) clamped with some screws (7) in the two lateral arms (8) and where the back girder (1) and the middle girder (2) are joined, at a preset distance, by two supporting elements (9) mounted by screws, a front plate (10) being applied on the front girder (1) and a back plate (11) being applied on the back girder (3), the two plates along with a bottom plate (12) placed over the three girders (1, 2 and 3) forming the base storing space, the seat - back rest subassembly (B) being mounted over the supporting elements (9). |
