PURPOSE:To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition having slight oil bleed and excellent appearance, comprising oil-extended olefinic copolymer rubber, an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having specific properties, a specific polymer, an organic peroxide, etc. CONSTITUTION:A mixture comprising 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) 40-95wt.% of oil-extended olefinic copolymer rubber containing 20-150 pts.wt. of a mineral oil-based softener based on 100 pts.wt. of olefinic copolymer rubber having 120-350 Mooney viscosity at 100 deg.C, (B) 5-60wt.% of an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer having >=50mol% ethylene content, containing a 6-12C alpha-olefin, having 0.870-0.935g/cm<3> density, >=100 deg.C lowest melt peak temperature by differential scanning calorimeter, and 1-25wt.% cold xylene-soluble part and (C) 0.005-2.0 pts.wt. of an organic oxide, (D) 0.01-4.0 pts.wt. of a cross-linking auxiliary, (E) 0-100 pts.wt. of a polymer composed of polybutene, etc., and (F) 5-100 pts.wt. of a propylene-based polymer resin is partially cross-linked to give the objective composition. |
