PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a fermented fertilizer excellent in manuring effect by fermenting a mixture of fowl droppings and waste SHOCHU (popular distilled spirits) soln., adding the waste soln. continuously to the mixture which is agitated and repeating the addition and agitation to ferment the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Fowl droppings and waste SHOCHU soln. are mixed and charged into a fermenter 1, aerobic fermenting bacteria are added, and the admixture is fermented for 3 to 5 days. A waste SHOCHU soln. is continuously added from a feeder 7 connected to the waste soln. storage tank through a hose 9 to the extent that the fermentation temp. is maintained and agitated by an agitator 8. While the addition and agitation are repeated to increase the amt. of the waste soln. added to a desired quantity, and the admixture is fermented. The addition of the SHOCHU is then suspended, the admixture is agitated as occasion demands and fermented, the operation is suspended when the fermentation temp. begins to lower, and the obtained fermented fertilizeer consisting essentially of fowl droppings and waste SHOCHU soln. is taken out. |
