PURPOSE:To reduce a material loss by forming a fluorocarbon-free, low-foam, and dense self-skin layer having little residual foam and eliminating the need for an overpack of a polyurethane material. CONSTITUTION:A pressure of a cavity 4 of a mold 1 is reduced to 50-400 Torr. A polyurethane material M mainly composed of a polyol component and an isocyanate component is prepared by adding no fluorocarbon, a water/isocyanate reaction catalyst, and 0.1-0.6 pts.wt. water per 100 pts.wt. of polyol component. The polyurethane material M is injected into the cavity 4 and foamed. In this manner, a semi-cured ISF provided with a low-foam self-skin layer and a high- foam core part is molded. |
