In a pair of pants made by folding an wide cloth into half and then being sewed, a waist line of a pair of pants having an inside belt sheet therein is made in a manner that an inner non-woven fabric having an inside belt sheet is relatively thinly manufactured integrally with an outer non-woven fabric to thereby form a waist line cloth, and therefore a fabric for a pair of pants is inserted into the back surface of the folded fabric.
