PURPOSE:To set a comfortable air-conditioning environment in accordance with health condition of an individual by setting air-conditioning blowing conditions in conformity with history data corresponding to the physical conditions of an operator in a history data application mode. CONSTITUTION:A multifunctional partition is provided with a personal air- conditioning unit and a personal sensor 9 such as an IR radiation thermometer is installed at an appropriate place of an area comparted by the multifunctional partition 2. The personal sensor 9 has a sensor part 31 and a radio transmitter 32 for transmitting a detection signal of the sensor part 31, and when a person who is seated inputs a blowing condition and a temperature condition corresponding to one's own physical conditions and regarded as optimum therefor from an input part 36, a control part 34 outputs a driving signal for satisfying the conditions to a driving part 37. Moreover, the control part 34 receives the temperature of the surface of the body of the person as an input from the personal sensor 9 and stores the degree of the temperature, the blowing condition, etc., as history data.
