The machine consists of an outer cabinet (1) comprising an exposure chamber (4), a control box (7) and a luminous source case, and an alternating die (2). The upper and lower printing frames (5)(6) intersecting each other run on the rails (11)(11') installed in the outer cabinet (1) and the alternating die (2), and alternately get in and out of the exposure chamber (4) by a chain drive. First and second limit switches (12)(12')(13)(13') are located at the end of rails (11)(11') in the exposure chamber (4) to control the motions of the upper and lower printing frames (5)(6).
