PURPOSE:To make perfect the electromagnetic shield and prevent leak or inclusion of electromagnetic waves by furnishing a core made of a ferromagnetic material at the periphery of a conductor connecting part which has at least one conductor and a connection piece to be connected with an external apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A terminal comprises a core connecting part 1, sheath conductor connecting part 3, insulative material 5 to hold these parts 1, 3, and a core 21 made of a ferromagnetic material and installed at their periphery. The connection piece 2 of the connecting part 1 works so that the core wire of a coaxial cable is inserted fast in a hollow column and a circuit of a communications apparatus is connected with the other end. The sheath conductor of the coaxial cable is connected with the columnar conductive plate of the connecting part 3 while a connection piece 4 at the oher end is connected with the specified electronic circuit etc. The core 21 absorbs electromagnetic waves generated in that part of the coaxial cable around the terminal which has imperfect electromagnetic shield and can preclude inclusion of electromagnetic waves.
