METHOD OF PREPARING SPUN-LIKE POLYESTER MULTI-FILAMENT YARN

The outer layer yarn of polyester is synthesized from terephtalic acid and alkylene glycol and organo sulfonic acid metal salt of formula (I) to cut easily some yarn in an alkali treatment and add 0.1-4 mole% of phosphorous compound of formula (II) containing metal. The outer layer yarn is structured that 0.02-0.05 and 0.15-0.20 birefringence constant parts in the same filament are alternatively arrayed and its BWS of being 5-7%. A BWS of core yarn is over 12%. A complex yarn of a core and an outer layer yarns is treated in alkali reducing process and the outer layer yarn of 0.02-0.05 birefringence constant is removed. The complex yarn becomes like a spun yarn.
